Tony Seruntine started playing drums at the age of 12 and has never looked back. Since then Tony has acquired an impressive list of credits and professional performances, including the Montreal Jazz Festival, the New Orleans French Quarter Fest, the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival, the House of Blues promotion in Hong Kong, Musiques Croisees Festival in France, Jimmy Buffet’s Margaritaville, the House of Blues (New Orleans, Los Angeles, Chicago, Cambridge and Orlando) and he is a well known Bourbon Street veteran who has earned a reputation of being the driving force behind any band that he plays with. He appears on Cds with Mem Shannon and Kipori “Baby Wolf” Woods. Tony has worked with numerous performers including Buddy Guy, Earl King, Eddie Bo, Andy J. Forest, CoCo Robichaux, Aaron Neville, Irma Thomas, Frankie Ford, Bobby Cure and the band NO IDEA. He has been a supporting act for Robert Cray, the Neville Brothers, Kool and the Gang, Gatemouth Brown, Michael Martin Murphy, Buckwheat Zydeco and Ernie K-Doe. Tony is married to vocalist Dalila Seruntine and they have two beautiful children.
